Born in a field in 2009, CINCH! is the creation of Jake Jackson – a lifelong camper whose thwarted quests to find the right tent for festivals and weekends in the wilderness led him to his own workshop. Jake’s vision was ambitious yet simple: a tent should make camping fun, easy and cheap – not suck away your time, money and sanity. Unlike any other pop-up tent on the market, the CINCH! comes with an optional solar power pack, which is attached to the roof and provides electricity for mobile phones and USB appliances. The tent also comes with LED lanterns, LED tent pegs and light-reflective guylines as standard, to make navigation easier in the dark.
Jake was looking to develop the CINCH! brand and have a cool designed website to reflect the amazing products he was developing so asked Carne & Co. to work with his ideas for a new visual identity that appealed to customers from the USA, Canada, Australia and across Europe.
